This policy applies to all employment practices, including but not limited to recruitment, hiring, promotion, compensation, training, and termination.

3. Supplier Diversity & Ethical Sourcing Policy

Société Spirits is committed to building a supply chain that reflects the diversity of the communities we serve and that upholds the highest standards of ethical conduct.

Supplier Diversity: We actively seek partnerships with businesses owned by women, minorities, LGBTQ+ individuals, veterans, and other historically underrepresented groups. Where qualified, diverse suppliers exist, we prioritize their inclusion in our sourcing decisions.

Ethical Sourcing: All suppliers and partners are expected to comply with applicable laws and uphold internationally recognized standards regarding:

  • Fair labor practices and the prohibition of forced or child labor.
  • Safe and humane working conditions.
  • Fair wages and freedom of association.

Our botanicals are sourced from partners we have personally vetted, including small farms in Michigan and certified suppliers in South Africa, who share our values of quality, transparency, and sustainability.

4. Environmental Sustainability Commitment

Société Spirits recognizes our responsibility to minimize the environmental impact of our operations and products. We are committed to continuous improvement in our environmental practices, including:

  • Natural ingredients: Société Gin contains no artificial colors, flavors, or additives. The color of our spirit is derived entirely from its botanicals.
