Instructions

  • 1 oz Fresh lime juice
  • 0.75 oz Simple syrup
  • 4 cucumber slices

  • Soda water

Instructions

Muddle cucumber slices and mint in a shaker. Add gin, lime juice, and simple syrup with ice. Shake vigorously for 15 seconds. Strain into a Collins glass filled with fresh ice. Top with soda water and garnish with cucumber ribbon and mint sprig.
